- We sell cosmetic hair care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Some products, including the Hair Liss Perfect and Excelencia lines, are labeled for professional use. Always read and follow the directions and warnings on the product label. Information on this site is general and does not replace the label or the advice of a licensed professional.
- Results vary with hair type, condition and application. We do not guarantee a specific result.
- We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Packaging may vary, and the product label is the authoritative source for ingredients, directions and warnings.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and customs fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. Prices and availability can change without notice, and a product shown as not yet available cannot be ordered.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud — and in that case we will refund any amount you paid. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Orders ship from Madrid, Spain. Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Your Account
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
