This store is operated by Mania de Alisar (Tiago de Souza Borges), Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona, 15, 28007 Madrid, Spain. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Mania de Alisar. Your privacy matters to us: we ask for personal information only when we need it to provide a service to you, and we collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge.
2. Information We Collect
- Order information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address and any notes you add to your order.
- Account information: if you create an account or one is created for you when you order, your name, email address, a securely hashed password and your order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems.
- Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Usage information: if analytics is enabled, general information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and products added to the cart. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use It
- To process, ship and track your orders and handle returns.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To let you sign in and see your order history.
- To answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it.
4. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it publicly. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google (Firebase / Google Cloud) — hosting of the store’s database and order systems.
- Shipping carriers — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Email delivery and accounting tools — to send transactional emails and keep required business records.
- Google Analytics — only if analytics is enabled and you have not opted out.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. International Processing
We are based in Spain and use service providers in the United States and the European Union. Your information is therefore processed in both regions.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service you requested and to meet our legal obligations. While we hold it, we protect it by commercially acceptable means against loss, theft and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can decline to give us personal information, with the understanding that we may then be unable to provide some services, such as delivering an order.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We may need to keep certain order records to meet legal obligations.
- You can turn off analytics on your device from the Cookie Policy page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Because we are established in Spain, European data protection law also applies to how we handle your information, and you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
