Where we ship from

Mania de Alisar ships from Madrid, Spain. Orders placed on this store are sent internationally to addresses in the United States.

Order preparation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your shipment. Preparation can take up to 3 business days. When the package is handed to the carrier, we email you the carrier’s name and a tracking number, and you can follow the order from the link in your confirmation email or from My Account.

Shipping cost and delivery time

The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your shipping email is an estimate, not a guarantee: international shipments can take longer because of customs processing.

Customs, duties and taxes

Because orders are shipped from outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price of the products or the shipping cost.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully before paying. After an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed unless you cover any resulting costs and we both expressly agree. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs generated by the return.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, an item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, with its original labels and complete original packaging.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. This applies when you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product or no longer want the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that the items are in perfect condition — unused, with their original labels and packaging — we approve the refund and send you a confirmation email with the amount. Refunds are issued to the payment method you used for the purchase. How quickly the credit appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
