To return an item, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition, unused, with their original tags, and in their complete and original packaging), you will receive your refund using the same payment method you used.

We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in the next few days. Remember that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.
