Once your purchase is complete and proof of payment is received, we will prepare your shipment. This preparation may take up to 3 business days. Once completed, the shipping company will process the shipment. Tracking will then be available.

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address are not permitted unless the customer assumes the costs and both parties expressly agree to it. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
